After collecting your luggage at Malaga airport PLEASE DO NOT GO DOWNSTAIRS. After the first set of sliding doors, you will see on the LEFT HAND SIDE a malagacar.com placard with your name written underneath This is where our representative will meet you. Our representative will identify himself to you. Please remember we are "malagacar.com" because there are other companies who they say they are "malagacar" but it is totally false. It has been brought to our attention by the airport authority (Aena) at Malaga airport that various individuals are carrying out a con on our customers. They wait in arrivals and try and convince people that they are Malagacar.com. Often they even copy our uniforms and know the names of our customers .Please remember that we are malagacar.com and not any similar name. What these people are doing is illegal because Aena only authorize companies with pre-booked reservations to meet clients at the airport ,so please make sure that you meet with our representative at the airport and get on our minibus which is clearly marked with our name.Do not be fooled by anybody else claiming to be part of Malagacar.com.

The car will be collected with half a tank of fuel, which you will pay for (Between 25 euros and 40 euros depending the model). The car can then be returned empty.
The price includes unlimited kilometres, fully comprehensive insurance with no excess, 16% taxes and 24 hours road assistance.

For arrivals between 22.00 and 08.00 there is a charge of 15 euros which is payable at the time of delivery.

The keys, rims, or tyres (punctured or blown out), interior, underneath the vehicle, windows and roof are not included by the insurance. We offer an additional insurance of 3 € per day for groups 0, 01, A, B, C, C1, D and D2 or 6 € for other groups except luxury cars, in order to cover the items mentioned above. With this insurance, if the vehicle should suffer damage to the wheels, rims or windows, you may proceed to their repair, and we will make payment of the invoice when it is presented to us upon the vehicle's return. For groups "P" (luxury cars) there is an excess from 2000 euros to 6000 euros, depending of the model and car group which it is not possible to cover.
The minimum age for renting standard cars is 23 years old and possesion of driving license for more than one year. In the case of full size cars, people carriers and minivans, the minimum age is 25 years old and possesion of driving license for more than two years; and in the case of premium and prestige cars minimum age it is over 27 years old. Minimum experience for driving prestige and premium cars must be five years.
